The city of Toledo, Spain dates back to the Bronze Age and is layered with Roman, Moorish, Visigothic culture and history. The ancient city is built on a hill top and is surrounded on three sides by a river. The city is filled with Cathedrals, chruches and old templar homes. Toledo is also known for a long tradition of fine steel crafts including knives, swords and razor blades. At one time, most nobility in Europe owned at least one blade from Toledo as a sign of status.
